Camping

Due to Zoning Restrictions, we are unable to host Ground Camping, Class A, or any form of pull behinds. Acceptable rigs include; Class C under 25′, Class B, and Car & Truck camping including Roof-Top Tents.

Our pads will accommodate up to a 25′ rig. We have 30 Amp service located behind each pad & water on site to fill your holding tanks as you pull in at the Bike Wash Station. There is NO waste dump on site.

Guest Lounge & Shower House has; 2 full restrooms with showers, Common Kitchen, 24hr Bike Shop, & Lounge area with visitor resources. The Backyard includes; Hottub, Sauna, Cold Plunge, Free WIFI, outdoor shower, picnic tables, BBQ Grill, Huge community fire-pit, firewood, Trailmaps, Muc-off bike wash station, 2 bike repair stands, Hammocks, and Yard Games all in a park like setting in the Heart of Bentonville.

					Modern & very clean. Totally recommend! 😀 - It was like a small house! Awesome! Clean and modern. Loved the hang out area in the back and the smaller rooms. Owner was very nice and introduced himself. Asked how everything was. Very spacious & love the walk in closet. We will totally recommend! 😞 - The volume on the front room tv wouldn’t turn down and the lighting was a bit too bright There was a little mat that was right inside the entry door. Not sure what it was for, but while bringing a bike in, he slipped and fell on his back with the bike on top of him. Took his breath away, but he was ok. I’m guessing the mat was supposed to be under the bike rack? Not sure. Besides these things, we loved it!

					No gravity there. IT SUCKED!!!! 😀 - Room Oatmeal was OK. 😞 - NONE!!! NIL!! ZERO facilities!!! NO PHONE. No in room TV. NO in room %$&X@# toilet facilities!! I could see it IF the rice had been cheaper. BUT the price was very comparable to a Motel 6 which DO include such things as maybe a toilet, TV, and a in room shower!! I got TAKEN!!! This is NOT what I expected AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

					Very good 😀 - A cool high-tech hotel that supports bikers close to everything in Bentonville. 😞 - Recommend staying in a room with an attached bathroom during the winter if one is not in the mood to stay in a cabin where you'd have to go back/forth to the common shower/bathroom unit.

					Great for MTB What a cool concept, take on old roadside motel and turn it into the perfect set up for an MTB basecamp. Getting clean and getting sleep are the primary functions we need in a place to stay on a bike trip and the shower was great the bed was very comfortable. We will be back in the cooler months to take advantage of the custom fire pit. The owner is a very nice guy too

					We had such a great trip. It was our anniversary weekend. My husband biked Saturday morning and we were close to downtown Bentonville and Rogers to shop! The room was nice and the bed was so comfy! Very unique stay. We will be back!

					Even though it rained the day I was there I still enjoyed the stay.  Priced right, good location, quiet, clean, comfortable.  Everything you could ask for in a short stay.  The owners were responsive instantly to any questions.  Will for sure stay again.

					We loved our stay and will absolutely be back, hopefully for fall! The room was super clean and quiet. The property was equally clean and noise (road or other guests) was never an issue. 

Their guidebook is very detailed and well done, we appreciated the suggestions! They were amazing w/ communicating in advance throughout our stay. The #6 room was smaller than I expected but it turned out to be perfect. Plenty of room for two mountain bikes, 2 inflatable paddle boards, plus our gear (including a small cooler), & luggage. If you sleep hot consider bringing a blanket if you’re traveling during summer. We found that to be the only thing we would have changed!  The BikeInn is a great little place, for bikers and non-bikers alike.

					We stayed in a campervan spot and were the only people camping during our extended weekend stay. Therefore, the amenities were sufficient for us. However the single portopotty and 2 indoor bathrooms likely would’ve been too crowded if the place had been booked out. It served our needs and we had a pleasant trip! The bike wash station was a great bonus and we loved having it there to clean up after rides.

					First, what a unique find & business model for an AirBnB that tailors to cyclists (which I am) and/or mountain bikers, and in so doing is promoting a healthy lifestyle!   You’ll also have everything you need onsite to take care of your bike, and they have some cool swag to purchase and take with ya’. 



Absolutely seamless & smooth check-in process to a room in which the design, messaging, and aesthetics are clearly about biking and healthy living!  Love it!  And, it was exceptionally clean… none of this a surprise to me as the owner, Jeremy (co-owned with his wife), is a fellow Marine Corps veteran!  So, you’re in good hands, RAH!  



You’ll find a nice little path guiding you out back where you’ll find hammocks for relaxing, awning with picnic table, grill, a great FirePit with wood & starters provided, as well as a good number of comfortable chairs for sitting and enjoying that fire if you come with a group!  Only possible thing that could make this great little spot better is if it were actually nestled right in the wilderness.  But you’re close, real close!  So, #GetMovin, and enjoy this unique biker’s inn!

					We paid for a parking spot in the back and the place was quaint, clean, and has a nice, shared fire pit area. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms, just a port-a-potty. The entrance was hard to find - we made two wrong turns before realizing the right entrance! The neighboring hotel parking lot was also noisy at times in the middle of the night and there were neighborhood dogs barking incessantly in the morning. Overall, it was ok in a pinch, but seemed overpriced.

					Online registration thru AirBnB was easy and convenient. Good location if you are transporting your bike to different area trails. Well maintained property. It was too hot to use the fire pit in the common outdoor area but the hammocks were a nice touch as well as the bike washing station.

					This is where you want to stay if you're a rider.  The owners are clearly passionate about MTB and providing a quality experience.  From the free bike wash to the vending machine that has spare parts, gels and lube, and discounts across town. Can't speak to the rooms themselves since we had our van parked.  I won't stay anowhere else next time I come back to Bentonville.

					A great idea to have van parking at a reasonable price..you geta lot for that...hot showers..bike wash... electric..water...and signage and maps to access trails locally... laundry to..I am a basic camper van (Website hidden by Airbnb) the water and hot showers is gold to me... plus you meet other people who share your passion.. the owner is on site and accessible for recommendations and help on anything...

					I car camped in my SUV and it's perfect for that. I felt safe the entire night with my bike on my hitch rack. I even felt safe enough to lay down my gear to dry in the parking spot while I went and ran errands. It's a safe part of town for sure. There's a hot shower and port-a-potty too. It fulfills all the basic car camping needs for me and there's bike specific things too like a repair stand and wash station. The best part though is meeting other people who are passionate about the exact thing you are, and I found it easy to mingle with other people at the inn. I'd highly recommend this place if you're coming to Bentonville for mountain biking!

					I parked up in one of the van spots for a few days while passing through Bentonville. The van spots provide all your basic necessities, nice grass next to the parking, cool communal area, awesome bike wash, and the outdoor shower was always toasty!

					Really fun and convenient place to stay as someone who came to ride trails. Camped in a tent next to my car. Only thing is there was no electrical outlet for a normal plug like an iPhone charger in my camping space. Just an RV hook up. Would return!

					Awesome Place!  We were in room #8, a big space with a bedroom, a kitchen/dining area and a living room, as well as a nice bathroom. The place has been updated beautifully, very stylish. We aren't bikers, but for those that are, this place has everything for your needs. Location is great, good food near-by, and close to Crystal Bridges, the Momentary, the charming downtown square, etc. Also, we did a nice day trip up to Eureka Springs and it made for a good location for that as well. Highly recommend.
 Perhaps, for someone staying longer, a real stove in the kitchen would be nice.

					Exceptional  Clean and comfortable...I didn't want to get out of the bed, loads of quality pillows!!  Close to all the trails...totally set up for cyclists,  from the bike wash, to the bike tools to the bike hangers inside your room.  Even a , what i thought was a candy machine, filled with... tubes, multi tools, first aid kit, tire tools, Sealant, chain lube ....will definitely be back!!

					Small clean rooms with modern amenities.  Updated rooms using modern Ikea furniture.  TV was set up with Netflix and Hulu.  There is a bike wash station.
 This is a small hotel with 8 rooms in a one story building about 75ft away from a busy road.  You could hear the traffic on the busy street that's right in front of the building.  The trash pick up was at 5:45 am on Wednesday morning where a metal trash bin is raised and dumped into the garbage truck.  It sounded like a bomb going off.

					Didn't end up staying due to weather, but their communication was great. We checked out the place earlier in the day and description was accurate. I've heard only positive things about Bike Inn on mtb forums. They have a neat setup and it's close to some of the best trails in B'ville. I look forward to staying with them in the future.

					Very good  Very comfortable beds and air conditioning/heat sources in the living and sleeping areas.  Good privacy/light blocking shades on the windows.  Nice decor, and a place to store bikes out of the way.  I didn't get to enjoy the grounds due to rain, but it looked nice and was set back off the busy street front.  The owners were highly responsive, kind and helpful.  If one were to have a problem, I have no doubt they would do anything they could to resolve it expeditiously.
 Being a remodeled motel, there are certainly challenges in modernization, the lack of lighting over the bathroom mirror might be a draw back for some, If that is important to you, maybe bring a little lighted mirror along.  It would also be nice if there was a bedside lamp by both beds.  Not a major issue for most, though.

 my only complaint would be the bathroom…the floors would get so wet from the shower! and the vents didn’t pull out humidity very well.  Made me feel bad that we were ruining the flooring.

					Excellent place! Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our experience. The inn is really geared toward mountain bikers with the bike hanging racks in the room and bike washing station. It was really nice to have a full refrigerator, sink and hot plate to cook with. Our place was spacious for a family of 4 and we give it a 5/5 rating! The description indicated it would sleep 4 and while it is big enough for 4, the room had 1 queen bed and a couch that flattened down for 1 small adult/kid. There were no extra sheets or blankets for the couch. There were 9 extra pillows but no pillow cases for any of them. We did not call about it as there isn't a front desk and we didn't want to bother to call the owners about it since we had our own sheets, blankets and pillows and a blow up mattress. The queen bed was comfortable and everything was new, clean and shiny! We would definitely stay there again!!

					The location is perfect. You can walk or ride to just about any kind of food you would like to eat. One of our group was sore after our ride and walked across the street to get a massage. The fire pit is awesome. The outside shower was nice and hot. The washer and muc off foam cannon to clean your bike after a day of riding is super cool.

					Great Experience! Loved everything about the Bike Inn, from their concept to our actual stay! Seemless check in & out. We enjoyed a bonfire two nights we were there, firewood was provided. We also grilled out one night and noticed all accessories needed to grill out were provided. So many nice touches, they truly thought of everything when it came to standing this space up for people to enjoy. We were able to hang our bikes in our room and wash them onsite as well. Amazing place! 

The only con we have is that at times you could really hear your neighbors, but we found turning on the air conditioner helped tune that out.

					I am very pleased with our stay at The Bike Inn. We did have some miscommunication about number of beds, but the hosts were very apologetic and did everything they could to make it right. The unit was very clean and uncluttered and offered two televisions, which both had roku connected! The location is great, only about 10 minutes from downtown Bentonville. The bedding and pillows were very high quality and comfortable! Will definitely be staying here again.

					This was a fun side of the road boutique motel. The water pressure was amazing and the room had a bidet which I totally ordered off Amazon while staying. I didn’t know I was missing it in my life until the stay. Definitely a place to stay if you aren’t planning on hanging out in the room much it’s pretty bare bones. Overall fun place to stay but I was left wanting more out of the stay than what we got for the price.

					The Bike Inn was effective in a number of bike-centric ways to enhance our visit to the NW Arkansas area for cycling fun.  The fast developing bike culture in Bentonville was surprisingly welcoming with lots of facilities and culture.  The Bike Inn's rooms and support facilities (e.g., laundry, bike wash, outdoor shower, fire pit) were well-conceived and executed to facilitate a great stay.  Looking forward to coming back.

					So nice I’ve stayed here here twice!  This is a nice quiet place to stay ghat is SUPER close to everything.  If you are thinking you need to find a place “right on the trail”, I get it.  I’ve stayed in those places too.  It’s actually nicer to stay closer to town where you can run out and grab groceries or a bite to eat and this is a great location for that.  Plus, the fire pit and option to continue staying outdoors after the ride is a great option.  You gotta try this place!  It’s great!

					I spent a few days here with my dogs in our Sprinter van, and we enjoyed the experience. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the outdoor shower! Definitely coming back when the weather warms up. Maybe I’ll even try mountain biking next time!

					From the first moment walking in to the beautifully decorated Boujee Bike Suite felt like home.  This room was spacious and cozy.  I looked forward to cozying up with my morning coffee in the living room area.  Jeremy and Tiffany had the room stocked with everything you would need to enjoy a wonderfully grilled meal out by the amazing fire pit.  The shower was on point.  Best water pressure hands down for a nice steamy shower after enjoying the beautiful sites Bentonville had to offer.  Cozied up in our bed was the first time I’ve slept so well away from home.  The property is a beautiful mix of a cozy cottage and a rugged outdoorsy person’s paradise.  If you are a mountain biker this is a dream location to stay.  If you are a person who just wants to explore the sites and outdoors this is a dream location to stay.  Built for families, friends, and couples (empty nesters like us) who just want to get away and see all the beauty nature has to offer.  Close to the center square with food and shops.

It’s really ashamed some “influencer” (I love when people claim they influence people) who apparently never stayed at Bike Inn has attacked this local business and caused their rating to go down!  Highly suggest everyone go report that review and ask Google to have it removed.

					WOW!  What a GREAT spot for riders of all disciplines.  We only stayed one night, but had a great experience.  After a long day of riding, we joined several other groups at the fire pit; shared smores, stories and beers.  Met a great family from Quebec with a 14 year old shredder, a group of guys from the St. Louis area with great taste in music and even met a roadie from Austin that engaged in a great hour-long conversation.  Along with the nicely designed modern room accommodations, comfortable beds, and convenient in-room bike storage, we had a great time around the fire pit and made some great new friends.  It's more than just a place to stay.  It's an experience that exemplifies the biking community philosophies.  Jeremy and Tiffany are A+ hosts and DID IT RIGHT!!!  We'll be back for more!  I would definitely recommend The Bike Inn, Bentonville.

					Loved our cottage. Perfect for our stay hitting the trails in Bentonville. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable.  We struggled with poor internet and could not get the tv to work. Talked briefly with the owner Saturday to troubleshoot.  Tried to contact again Sunday but didn’t hear back. All in all would stay here again.

I put the bike wash station to good use, and had great conversation by the fire. Maps of the riding areas are a great idea.  Shower is outdoor but nice and warm, restroom setup is a portable. Bit of a loud location but it didn’t bother me. Love the bike oriented atmosphere and was a good place to stay for my visit.

Although not right in the middle of Bentonville we opted to leave our car at the Inn for the day and could easily bike to the trail systems as well as restaurants and shops, just a mile or two away.  It was nice to return to the Inn for a hot shower (great water pressure) and comfortable place to sleep!

					We LOVED our stay at The Bike Inn! The whole Inn is so well kept and maintained. The outdoor common area is gorgeous and inviting with a grill and fire pit. The room was perfectly designed - whether you're in NWA to mountain bike or just visit you're sure to enjoy your stay. The hosts were communicative and helpful and provided a great guide of the area. The Inn is located just minutes from downtown Bentonville with great restaurants, bike trails, and the Crystal Bridges art museum all very close. Would be a great place for groups too!

					So I am a social media influencer and I am organizing a meetup here in Bentonville; I drove by scouting for locations. We entered the parking lot and we’re about to leave when the owner who was apparently on a Saturday posted up like a security guard angrily stormed over to our car, blocked the exit, and aggressively lectured us for using his parking lot. I am very disappointed that he has nothing better to do with his time than antagonize people.Do not recommend. I have already told everyone I know not to patronize this location.

					Nice place to base out of for MTB adventures near Bentonville. Not the closest place to the trailheads but it is much more available than those campsites that are at trail heads.

					We loved our stay at the Bike Inn! Given the number of incredibly comfortable beds and the amount of space in the cottage, this was probably one of the best deals we have found on Airbnb in quite some time. It comfortable accommodated a large group of us for a family get-together. We will definitely stay here in the future!

					Stayed five nights, single occupant.  Everything was convenient....close to stores, restaurants, ten minute drive to downtown and Slaughter Pin trail, and fifteen minutes to Coler. Super clean room, and great biker environment.

					The hotel was very clean and it did not smell like cigarette smoke which is a big plus for me. It’s very close to trails, restaurants, and even a massage parlor across the street.

					This place was a great, affordable place to stay for anyone coming to Bentonville to enjoy the mountain biking trails. We loved the convenience of pulling the bike off the truck,

rolling it into the room, and easily placing it in the bike rack on the wall. It was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the community fire pit.

					Nice and chic motel, recently renovated, kinda felt like sleeping in an Ikea display bedroom, very clean and very organized.  Seems like it'd be a cool location to book a bunch of rooms for a small hipster wedding party with the social area and RV area in the back and all.  Easy check-in/out with code door locks.  Noise-wise, you can clearly hear people talking in front of the room, but they have quiet hours so noise wasn't an issue for us.

					We stayed in a van spot and had a great stay! Evenings by the fire were nice and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. Toilet for the van spots is a Porto-potty, which was clean.

					This place is GREAT!  The location is placed perfectly between the Railyard and the Bentonville trails!  It seems to be minutes from everywhere!  The bike racks, Fire pit, and MTB decor is the perfect touch and makes for the perfect MTB weekend.

					Loved my stay! I was in town for a bike race and having a place to store my bike made all the difference. I didn’t have to worry about it being out in my truck or tripping over it in the room. All the guests were incredibly respectful in the common areas. Beautiful space, I would definitely stay here again!

					Owners did a fantastic job renovating an old motel. It was clean, fresh, and had everything we needed. We loved the water pressure in the shower. Room and shower were smallish, but we don’t require lots of space and luxury. The fire pit area looked wonderful, although we didn’t get around to using it. Would stay here again!

					Sprinter Van access is great. Good value with bike cleaning stations, restroom and outdoor shower. I would recommend those with vans to stay here as the owners are building a nice community-style bike paradise. Did I mention the outdoor shower?!

					Such a wonderful place to stay.  The rooms are comfy and the owners are especially awesome.  We were initially greeted with friendly smiles and advice on where to ride in the area.  



The hotel has paid particular attention to detail in terms of catering to mountain bikers.  The wash station, the tune-up work stations, the bike hang-ups in the rooms, and the trail maps were all incredibly helpful during our stay.  



Unfortunately a biking accident happened toward the end of our stay, leaving my partner with a few injuries and a trip to the ER.  The crew (owners and staff) helped us out tremendously, going above and beyond to help us out. 



We will be back.  I would recommend this place to anyone who has a love of mountain biking, or any outdoor enthusiast visiting the Bentonville area.  The crew at The Bike Inn can recommend lots of awesome places to visit during your stay.  I can’t say enough nice things about this place and these awesome people.

					Great location, great outdoor shower (go late in the afternoon and you're drenched in hot water and sunshine!). Love the firepit, grill and picnic tables. Restroom facilities are a port-o-john. Parking spaces are ample and level.

					We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here is a couple friends and the 2 bedrooms worked out great! One this to be aware of is that the shower itself is a tad small, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to many activities and we didn’t have problems getting anywhere we wanted in a reasonable time.

					Great place! Clean and comfortable digs for mountain bikers in for the weekend. Loved the MTB themed decor, as well as the in-room bike storage. The strong wi-fi signal was a plus. The bike wash outside was very handy. The back area is really nice too, with the fire pit and tables. Is about 3 miles to the downtown square and Slaughter Pen. Would stay here again for sure.

					Great new place to stay in Bentonville!  Absolutely awesome place with a great bike wash and maintenance station.  Great firepit and area to hang out and talk about the days ride or plan the next day with large trail maps.   We met Tiffany in the morning when she stopped by the inn on her way to go cheer on Jeremy at a race that was going on that day.  Then when we stopped at the HUB for a post ride drink, Jeremy came up and introduced himself as well as he and Tiffany were there hanging out after the race.   Truly a motel built by mountain bikers for mountain bikers.   My wife and I loved it and will definitely be back.

					The Bike Inn van spots were great for someone coming with a camper van / car camping. The facilities were clean and the added bike wash station was great. Best part of the night was gathering around the fire with fellow riders and getting to know them. I'll be keeping in touch with a few of them! Would stay here again

					What a great place to stay. The owners were so welcoming and took time to visit with us and tell us where we could get to trails (this was our first bike riding experience). The Bike Inn is very clean. Jeremy and Tiffany have done a wonderful  job making sure guests have a good time and are comfortable.  They have a great social area with a fire pit that is amazing!

					The Bike Inn is perfect for riders coming and going all over Bentonville and the surrounding area.  It was really easy to get in and out.  We had four bikes and it was super easy to store the bikes just inside the room.

It was great to come back in the evening after a day of riding, get cleaned up and head out to the fire out back to hang out with other guests.  Great environment.  We'll definitely stay there again when we come back to Bentonville.

					Great spot not too far from downtown. We parked our 22' Mercedes Sprinter for the night and it had all we needed... bike wash, outdoor shower, wifi and firepit. Easy check-in process and the hosts are super quick to respond. Would def come back and stay again.

					This is THE place to stay if you’re biking! Room had everything we needed, was absolutely spotless and new. Bike rack for 2 bikes (we have 29er mtn bikes) and place to hang helmet and bags. Cubby hole for other gear and bags. Fridge with a separate freezer that actually freezes and useful for cooler ice packs. Bed was very comfortable! Decor was classy and fun. Even if you don’t ride bikes, you’ll want to after staying here.

					The best place to stay in town. This place is beautiful and super clean. The beds are brand new and extremely comfortable. Came here to catch up w a group of friends and we could not have chosen a better place. There is a great fire pit and huge social area in the back to hang out together as well as a hospitality room that is straight up swanky. Can not say enough positive things about this place or the owners Jeremy and Tiffany, just great!

					This place is awesome! All the amenities for MTB bikers are on spot from bike hangers in the room to the cool bike wash outside. Host provides a grill, games, and a cool fireplace in the bike to chill after the ride. This is a veteran owned business who obviously expects the best for their customers.

					This is THE place to stay in Bentonville - whether you bike or not!!! The rooms are absolutely perfect - modern, sleek, comfortable and with everything you need. I'm obsessed with the tile pattern in the shower! Everything is BRAND NEW. The back yard is a huge hangout area with an awesome fire pit! The bike wash shed is the best I've ever had access to. These folks know what they're doing and I can't wait to stay there again. 10/10 highly recommend!
