Why groups take over
Bentonville Group Lodging Without the Compromises
Big rental houses look great until twenty people are sharing three bathrooms. Scattered hotel rooms keep everyone apart. A Bike Inn takeover gives your group the best of both: private rooms for everyone, and a backyard that pulls everyone together every night.

13 private rooms across boutique hotel rooms, a cottage and glamping cabins.
Eleven bathrooms, zero lines
11 full private bathrooms, plus a shower house. Mornings move fast.
Together every night
Fire pit, pavilion, hot tub and an outdoor kitchen, all reserved for your crew alone.

What we arrange
Plan the Trip, Not Just the Beds
Book the property and we can handle the rest, from the first airport pickup to the last campfire.
- Private day trips, anywhere in the Ozarks: $500 for the full day. Book eight hours with our 14-passenger Freedom Shuttle, a local guide, or both, and point the day wherever your group wants to go. Spend a morning in Crystal Bridges’ galleries and forest trails, then cross town to the Momentary for contemporary art and a drink on the rooftop. Float the Buffalo National River, America’s first national river, with our kayaks and boards along for the ride. Wander the Victorian streets of Eureka Springs, hike the bluffs at Devil’s Den, chase fall color across the Ozark highlands, or line up shuttle laps on Bentonville’s best trail systems. When the sun goes down, the bus can take everyone to dinner downtown so nobody has to drive.
- Guided rides and coaching. Ride with Jeremy, or with pro guides and coaches from around Bentonville, matched to your group’s level.
- Custom GPS routes. Trail, gravel and road routes built around your group, ready to ride from the front door.
- Rentals. eMTBs, trail bikes, gravel bikes, paddleboards and kayaks, ready when you arrive.
- Catering and bar. Local caterers for anything from a taco bar to a plated dinner. Outside bartenders welcome.
- Event extras. Tables and chairs, musicians, magicians, inflatables, slip-n-slides and more.

What Groups Say
I took a group of 11 high school students, up to Bentonville, for a competition. The Bike Inn had exactly what we needed–separate, private locking rooms with separate baths. Rooms were updated and super clean.
Risa Carpenter, Google review
Stayed there for a reunion and birthday celebration. The whole experience was awesome, from the nights at the fire pit, to all the day trips. Jeremy was an excellent guide and host.

FAQ
Group Lodging & Takeover FAQs
What is a full-property takeover (hotel buyout)?
A takeover means your group books every room and every shared space at The Bike Inn for your dates, and no other guests stay on the property. It’s a hotel buyout for one boutique property: 13 private rooms, the backyard, the recovery circuit and the guest lounge, all yours.
How much does it cost to rent out The Bike Inn?
$1,725 per night for the entire property, with a 2-night minimum and no blackout dates. Booking direct typically runs about 25โ30% less than the same stay through Airbnb or VRBO.
Where can a large group stay together in Bentonville?
The Bike Inn sleeps 32 in 16 queen beds across 13 private rooms with 11 full private bathrooms, plus 3 RV pads, all on one property about 2 miles from downtown Bentonville and minutes from Slaughter Pen and Coler.
Is a takeover better than renting a large Airbnb?
For most groups, yes. A big rental house for 20 usually means shared bedrooms and three bathrooms. Here, everyone gets a private room, most guests get a private bathroom, and you still share a hot tub, sauna, cold plunge and fire pit, usually for less than booking through a rental platform.
Can we host an event during our takeover?
Yes. We have hosted events of up to 200 guests, with no noise cutoff or end time during your stay. Weddings come with no venue fee (see weddings).
Who is the point of contact?
One person books and works with us. You organize your group and how you split costs, and we handle the property and anything you’d like arranged.
Can we book last minute?
Yes. There are no blackout dates, and if the property is open you can book as late as the same day.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in the glamping cabins, the cottage and on the RV pads. Tell us about your four-legged crew when you inquire.
How does payment work?
A 25% deposit at booking holds the entire property. The remaining 75% is due 30 days before arrival, and we send simple online invoices for both.
