Is it cheaper to book directly with The Bike Inn?
Yes. Booking direct on TheBikeInn.com is typically 25–30% cheaper than booking the same room on Airbnb or VRBO, because you skip the platform fees. Check your dates and book direct.
How does payment work?
A 25% deposit is due at booking to hold your stay. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Check-in is contactless and self-serve 24 hours a day, so a late arrival after a long drive is no problem.
Where is The Bike Inn?
We’re at 3400 S. Walton Blvd in Bentonville, Arkansas, about 2 miles from downtown and The Hub. Slaughter Pen and Coler Mountain Bike Preserve are about 10 minutes away, and Crystal Bridges is about 9 minutes.

What kind of place is The Bike Inn?
The Bike Inn is a boutique outdoor recreation destination in Bentonville, Arkansas, close to downtown and the trails. It has 13 private units, including boutique hotel rooms, suites, a cottage and glamping cabins, plus a one-acre backyard with a hot tub, sauna, cold plunge and community fire pit.
How many people can stay?
Across 13 private units there are 16 queen beds and 11 full private bathrooms, so the property sleeps 32.
Do you have RV or camper spots?
Yes, we have 3 RV pads with 30-amp power. They fit Class B rigs, Class C rigs under 25 feet, and cars or trucks with rooftop tents. There is no dump station on site.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome in the cabins, the cottage and on the RV pads for a $25 pet fee.

Where do I keep my bike?
Every room has secure in-room bike storage. There’s also a 24-hour honor-system bike shop, two repair stands and a Muc-Off bike wash station.
Can I rent a bike?
Yes. We keep a small rental fleet of eMTBs, trail bikes, gravel bikes and e-cargo bikes for guests, plus paddleboards and kayaks. See our Bentonville bike rentals.
Do you offer guided rides or a shuttle?
Yes. A half-day guided trail tour is $200 for 1–2 people. Our Freedom Shuttle carries up to 14 passengers, 14 bikes and 10 kayaks, and costs $100 per hour or $500 for the day.

Can we book the whole property?
Yes. A full-property takeover is $1,725 per night and gives your group all 13 units, the backyard and every amenity. If the dates are open, you can book a takeover the same day. Learn about takeovers.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. Outside alcohol is welcome, and so are outside bartenders for events. There’s a kegerator on site, so bring your own keg.
