FAQ
Bentonville Cycling Camp FAQs
Can we run a cycling camp any time of year?
Yes. Bentonville’s trails ride well in every season, and we host cycling camps any month of the year with no blackout dates.
What is a cycling camp?
It’s a multi-day riding retreat for adults: coached or guided mountain bike, gravel or road rides by day, and recovery, good food and campfire stories at night. At The Bike Inn, your group takes over the entire property as its private riding basecamp.
Are camps good for beginners?
Yes. Every camp is built around the group, so it can be a first-timers’ skills weekend, an advanced enduro camp or a mixed-ability trip. Bentonville’s trail systems have options for every level.
Who coaches or guides the camp?
Jeremy guides, or we bring in professional guides and coaches from around Bentonville, depending on your group’s size, level and goals.
How is a cycling camp priced?
The organizer books the full property for $1,725 per night (2-night minimum) as the single point of contact and sets their own per-person price for campers. We don’t sell individual camp spots.
How many campers can attend?
Up to 32 campers sleep on site in 16 queen beds across 13 private rooms with 11 private bathrooms, plus 3 RV pads.
Do you also host camps that aren’t built around riding?
Yes. Our all-inclusive camp for grown-ups comes with catered meals and a full schedule of activities like archery, go-karts, paddling and museums. Riding is just one option there.
What else can campers do besides ride?
Plenty. Paddle with our kayaks and paddleboards, recover in the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge, or book a private 8-hour day trip with our bus and/or a guide for $500, whether that’s to Crystal Bridges and the Momentary, the Buffalo National River or Eureka Springs.
How does payment work?
A 25% deposit at booking holds the entire property. The remaining 75% is due 30 days before arrival, and we send simple online invoices for both.
