Why couples choose The Bike Inn

A Bentonville Wedding Venue With Lodging, and No Venue Fee

Most venues rent you a room for six hours and send your guests to hotels across town. Here, your people stay with you all weekend: Friday-night drinks by the fire, the ceremony in the backyard, a reception that runs as late as you like, and slow mornings in the hot tub. A boutique cycling hotel near downtown Bentonville becomes your private wedding village.

No venue fee

Take over the whole property and your ceremony and reception are included at no extra venue charge.

No curfew

No end time and no noise cutoff during your takeover. The last dance is up to you.

Your vendors, your bar

Bring any caterer, florist, officiant, DJ or band. Outside alcohol and bartenders are welcome, and the kegerator is ready.

The weekend

How a Bike Inn Wedding Weekend Flows

  • Friday: Everyone arrives and settles in, followed by a welcome toast and s’mores at the community fire pit.
  • Saturday: Get ready in the suites, say your vows in the backyard, then hold dinner and dancing under the covered pavilion with no clock running.
  • Sunday: Hot tub, sauna and cold plunge for the morning after, plus brunch off the outdoor kitchen and long goodbyes.

Want a third night or a rehearsal dinner? Add nights at the same rate, with no blackout dates.

What we arrange

Turn the Wedding Into a Weekend Everyone Remembers

Tell us what you’re picturing, and we’ll line up the people and the pieces.

  • Private day trips, anywhere in the Ozarks: $500 for the full day. Book eight hours with our 14-passenger Freedom Shuttle, a local guide, or both, and point the day wherever your group wants to go. Spend a morning in Crystal Bridges’ galleries and forest trails, then cross town to the Momentary for contemporary art and a drink on the rooftop. Float the Buffalo National River, America’s first national river, with our kayaks and boards along for the ride. Wander the Victorian streets of Eureka Springs, hike the bluffs at Devil’s Den, chase fall color across the Ozark highlands, or line up shuttle laps on Bentonville’s best trail systems. When the sun goes down, the bus can take everyone to dinner downtown so nobody has to drive.
  • Guided rides and coaching. Ride with Jeremy, or with pro guides and coaches from around Bentonville, matched to your group’s level.
  • Custom GPS routes. Trail, gravel and road routes built around your group, ready to ride from the front door.
  • Rentals. eMTBs, trail bikes, gravel bikes, paddleboards and kayaks, ready when you arrive.
  • Catering and bar. Local caterers for anything from a taco bar to a plated dinner. Outside bartenders welcome.
  • Event extras. Tables and chairs, musicians, magicians, inflatables, slip-n-slides and more.

If you can picture it, we can usually make it happen.

FAQ

Bentonville Wedding Venue FAQs

How much does a wedding at The Bike Inn cost?

You book the entire property for $1,725 per night with a 2-night minimum, and the wedding venue is included at no extra charge. A two-night wedding weekend starts at $3,450 for private lodging for 32 guests plus the venue. Catering, rentals and other vendors are separate.

Are there wedding venues in Bentonville with lodging on site?

Yes. The Bike Inn is a private wedding venue with lodging: 13 private rooms, 16 queen beds and 11 full private bathrooms on one property near downtown Bentonville, so your wedding party can stay where you celebrate.

How many guests can attend?

We have hosted events of up to 200 guests, and 32 can sleep on site, plus 3 RV pads. Parking is the main limit for large guest lists, so we help plan shuttles, and our 14-passenger bus is ideal for that.

Is there a noise cutoff or an end time?

No. During your takeover there is no set end time and no noise cutoff. The party ends when you say it does.

Can we bring our own alcohol, caterer and vendors?

Yes. Outside alcohol and bartenders are welcome, and there’s a kegerator on site. Bring any caterer, florist, officiant, photographer, DJ or band you love, and we’re happy to help coordinate.

Is The Bike Inn a good fit for a small wedding or elopement?

It’s an ideal fit. With the whole property to yourselves, a small wedding gets a private ceremony space, a reception pavilion and rooms for everyone on the guest list, all without paying for a ballroom you won’t fill.

When is the best time of year to get married in Bentonville?

Spring and fall weekends are the most requested and book early. Summer brings long golden evenings for backyard receptions, and winter means cozy fire-pit weddings. We have no blackout dates, so any month works.

What can wedding guests do in Bentonville?

Plenty. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary are minutes away, downtown Bentonville is about 2 miles, and the trails start close by. We can also arrange a private 8-hour day trip with our bus and/or a guide for $500. See our group lodging page for everything we arrange.

How does payment work?

A 25% deposit at booking holds the entire property. The remaining 75% is due 30 days before arrival, and we send simple online invoices for both.
